KCS is KuCoin’s native token, which was created in 2017 as a profit-sharing token that allows traders to take advantage of the exchange’s value. It was released as an Ethereum-based ERC-20 token that was supported by the majority of Ethereum wallets. The entire supply of KCS has been set at 200 million, with repurchase and burn strategy in place until only 100 million KCS remain. KCS will be the native asset of KuCoin’s decentralized financial services as well as the KuCoin community’s governance token in the future; once the KuCoin decentralized trading solution becomes online.

Step-by-Step Guide to Withdrawing KCS

Step 1: Go to your KuCoin account and sign in. Under the “Assets” tab, click “Overview.”

Step 2: Then there’s the “Withdraw” button. You may either put the token’s name into the search box or scroll down and choose the token you wish to withdraw by clicking on it. As an example, I’ll use KCS.

Step 3: The parameters for the receiving address may be found on the right-hand side of the screen. KCC is the network you should choose.

Step 4: Generate a receiving address for your KCS. Go to ‘KCC MAINNET’ from your Metamask wallet.

Step 5: Copy the KCS Receive address under ‘KCC MAINNET’.

Step 6: After that, copy the address and paste it into the recipient’s address field on the Kucoin withdrawal page.

Step 7: Then press the ‘Confirm’ button. A pop-up screen will appear to confirm that you have successfully matched the sending and receiving networks. Then select the Withdraw button.

Step 8: A page requesting authentication will appear. To establish account ownership, provide the authentication code. Then click submit to finish the transaction.

Step 9: Congratulations on completing your withdrawal successfully!
